Development Stages at Manning Mall.
The refurbishment at Manning Mall will offer a variety of features including:

A new full line Target
- A new Coles and an additional 12 Specialty retailers

Rejuvenated Centre entry points
- Increased car parking
- New disabled toilet facilities and parents room
- New undercover pedestrian link to Manning Street
Stage one is now complete with the new Target store and additional specialty stores now open. Stage two (headlined by the opening of the new Coles Supermarket) is due to be completed in later in 2009.
